As the Market Manager/Specialist you’ll have the opportunity to:

  1. Analyze clinical referral patterns of physicians and providers in the Knoxville area to identify potential referral targets for advance imaging.
  2. Develop a strategic target list for referral base development, focusing on key medical providers and nurse case managers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and medical offices through regular communication, presentations, and strategic outreach.
  4. Share N-13 ammonia for cardiac PET/CT clinical data and benefits to physicians/providers.
  5. Initiate cold calls, schedule appointments, and conduct in-person meetings with medical offices, physicians, and hospital systems to increase the utilization of advanced imaging services.
  6. Conduct timely and effective follow-ups after referral utilization to ensure satisfaction with our products, services, and outcomes among physicians/providers.
  7. Foster collaborative working relationship between referring offices and serve as a liaison to our imaging partners.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation using our customer relationship management software system (CRM) software to manage interactions with existing and potential referrers.
  9. Establish, monitor and report leading indicator metrics utilizing CRM for presentations and strategic planning.
  10. Represent Ionetix at industry meetings, conferences, and community events to elevate the organization’s reputation and product awareness, as well as participate in industry and community events.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A 2 or 4-year degree in business, marketing, health sciences or related field of study
  • Sales or referral market experience, specifically in cold calling
  • Demonstrated success in building referrals for products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to convert relationships into referrals consistently
  • Ability to drive personal vehicle within the Knoxville, TN market up to 60 miles outside of the city up to 4 days/week
  • Ability to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
