IONETIX Hires April Mann as Director of Sales, Northeast
Respected Nuclear Medicine and Imaging Industry Veteran Will Help to Expand Rapid Growth in Cardiac PET Space
Lansing, MI – August 28, 2020 – IONETIX, the leading provider of Ammonia N-13 as a service to health systems, hospitals, cardiology and radiology practice groups in the United States, today announced that April Mann has joined the company as Director of Sales, Northeast.
Ms. Mann brings extensive experience in the nuclear medicine and imaging industries to her new position. Most recently, she was the Chief Technical Officer, Martin Imaging Inc. Prior to that role, she served as the System Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics at the Heart & Vascular Institute at Hartford HealthCare Corporation. During her tenure there, she held leadership positions in the cardiac catheterization lab, non-invasive cardiology, nuclear cardiology, nuclear medicine and vascular ultrasound imaging programs.
Ms. Mann has served as the President, Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging-Technologist Section as well as chaired and served on numerous committees for the Society of Nuclear Medicine Technologist Section, Society of Nuclear Medicine and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and has served on the Boards of the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission, Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board and the Education and Research Foundation.

Ms. Mann has published papers, contributed chapters and delivered presentations on a variety of topics in nuclear medicine, nuclear cardiology, management, quality and general cardiology. She is a certified nuclear medical technologist and earned her AS in Nuclear Medicine from Springfield Technical Community College, her BA in Healthcare Management from Elms College and her MBA from BayBath University.
