Partnership Services

Ionetix understands the complex healthcare landscape we are confronted with today and can help you prepare for your future. We’re pleased to offer healthcare providers with risk-mitigation partnership services specific to the establishment or improvement of your cardiac PET service line.

RADIOPHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTION

Ionetix agrees to install, license, and operate the ION-12 SC production system within or located near your facility. This will include the ION-12 SC cyclotron, synthesis, dispensing system, and QA/QC equipment. Ionetix will maintain the equipment and ensure that the system is in good working order. Ionetix will be responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations for both radioactive materials and PET drug manufacturing. We will also provide the staff to operate and support the cyclotron.

Ionetix will supply our 13N-ammonia dose within a syringe and intends to offer innovative tablet applications for patient scheduling and patient records ensuring an efficient logistical operation.

Risk Mitigation

Ionetix is committed to ensuring customers are offered creative financing options to mitigate some risks associated with starting or improving a cardiac PET program. In addition to our creative financing, we offer other services to further reduce your overall risk. We understand the complex healthcare landscape you are confronted with today and can help you maximize current efficiencies while preparing for your future.

Consider adding a cardiac PET program to your current service line. cardiac PET can be a quality solution for ensuring lower healthcare costs while improving patient outcomes.

FLEXIBLE DESIGN

Ionetix offers several configurable layouts ensuring a fit to the most challenging space requirements:

Managed Build

Construction management facilitates perfect execution of the plan and design. Whether you currently employ internal construction resources or need a general contractor, Ionetix will help you with every facility construction step of the way to imaging your first patient. Ionetix currently employs construction experts with experience in hospital construction and design. We obtain the necessary permits on your behalf and negotiate with local vendors ensuring an efficient process. We will also provide construction allowances within the contract to account for leasehold improvements.

Modular

Our team has developed a modular design pod that can be placed directly outside of your external walls. The pod will contain the ION-12 SC cyclotron, operating equipment, and QC laboratory. This design approach allows for a simpler construction and decommission minimizing the altering of your facility’s existing space.

Mobile

Mobile imaging services have been used for decades across the United States. Ionetix is developing a mobile platform that will be ideal for healthcare providers who do not currently have the required patient volumes for daily cardiac PET imaging. Many current oncologic 18F-Dexoglucose users have available table time combined with internal cardiology resources interested in starting a cardiac PET program.

Ionetix will solve this problem by providing a daily 13N-ammonia radiopharmaceutical delivery service bringing the cyclotron to you. Ionetix agrees to license and operate the ION-12 SC production system adjacent to your facility. This will include the ION-12SC cyclotron, synthesis, dispensing system, and QA/QC equipment.

Ionetix will maintain the equipment and ensure that the system is in good working order. We will be responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations for both radioactive materials and PET drug manufacturing. Ionetix will provide the staff to operate and support the cyclotron. Plus, we’ll provide construction allowances within the contract to account for leasehold improvements.

REGULATORY NAVIGATION

The Food and Drug Administration must approve Site Registration for the licensed Abbreviated New Drug Application or ANDA that is used for 13N-ammonia drug production. Ionetix currently employs regulatory experts with previous experience with large commercial radiopharmaceutical vendors. Their experience in regulatory affairs pertaining to ANDA approval will ensure a timely approval.

Ionetix will register and manage all FDA production site requirements. We will obtain and manage all NRC or State radioactive materials licenses, or will assist the customer in amending their license to include the cyclotron production system. Ionetix will also file with the state for a radiation producing machine registration similar to CT or X-ray devices. In addition, Ionetix will provide staffing and service required to produce doses.
