Ionetix, a leader in revolutionary cyclotron technology, is seeking a full-time Marketing Operations Associate to join our team. This role the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of seasoned professionals passionate about their work.

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Marketing Operations Associate to support our organization to drive revenue growth by supporting sales operations, analyzing market and product performance, and improving processes that enable effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with business development team on pre- and post-sales activities, including pricing, quotations, RFP generation, and other support.
  2. Conduct analysis on industry trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, and product performance.
  3. Support the development of tools, processes, and materials to help close business.
  4. Gather customer feedback and requirements to enhance product demand and operational efficiencies.
  5. Develop and support targeted sales strategies and product optimization initiatives.
  6. Create sales collateral, including market/product requirements and business cases with feature prioritization.
  7. Collaborate with leadership and external partners to coordinate media and marketing opportunities.
  8. Work cross-functionally with all internal departments to support business objectives.
  9. Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasts and improve visibility into revenue projections.
  10. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within customer relations management systems.
  11. Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field of study
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
